New world, new strategy
Every organisation needs to adapt to keep pace with the world. Our New World Strategy, launched in 2024, marked the start of our current evolution. Combined with the arrival of new chief executive Karen Miller, now is a time of great reset and renewal – also making it a great time to think about joining us.
Our new strategy creates the foundations for growth – not for its own sake, but to enhance our resilience and strengthen our ability to support members now and in the future.
